The government has informed those who are responsible with the transfer of teachers from secondary to primary that, should not force a teachers to move from secondary school where they teach before to primary school, but they required to follow the instructions that were provided by the government.
This has said by Joseph kakunda where he explained that in primary school require 85,000 while the teacher of arts subject who are free in secondary school that should cover the chance of those who missed are 21,000.
Joseph kakunda said it, march 23, 2018 in Dodoma where he represented it instead of the minister concern. He continued to explain that the transfer of those teacher from secondary to primary schools will not affect their payment salare.
The government has not employed the teachers for two years now, this seemed as the way of solving problems of the lack of enough teachers of primary school by moving excessed teachers from secondary to primary schooll But also this helps to reduce the national budget since the government will save money
