We have all seen function keys before. They are those keys marked F1 to F12 on our computer keyboards. Most of us rarely use these keys when at the computer, but knowing how to use them can be really helpful.
Function keys can save you a lot of time if you know how to use them properly.

THE USES OF FINCTION KEYS
• F1; open the help screen for almost every program in Microsoft out boot.
• F2; allowed you to rename a files or folder.
• F3; Open a search features for an application that is active at the moment.
• F4; alt+4close the active window.
• F5: allowed You to refresh or to reload the page or documents window .
• F6: move the cursor to the address bar.
• F7: Used to spelling check and grammar check in a Microsoft word or Microsoft application.
• F8: used to access the boot menu in window when turning to the computer
• F9: refresh a document in Microsoft word and send and receive an email and Microsoft Outlook
• F10:activete a menu bar of an open application shift +F10is the same as Right clicking
• F11: enter and exist full-screen mode in internet browser
• F12: open the save as dialogue box in Microsoft word.
