Government introduces new systems of selecting subject combinations 2019.
The government has introduced a new system ,which will allow form four students to select subject combinations for advanced level education combinations, After the release of their examination results.
This means students, who completed their ordinary level education last year will have to make fresh selection of their subjects through www.tamisemi.go.tz.
Speaking on March 29 ,2018 the minister of state in the resident's office responsible for regional administration and local government mr.Selemani Jafo said the exercise which will start on April 1 and run through April 15 ,will enable the students to select the subject combinations basing on their performance.
"The exercise meant to help students who previously made wrong choices of the subject combinations to the right combination according to how the performed".said mr.Jafo
He said is a new system which comes after the government established that selection of the subject combinations before the results were released , plunged some students into doing subjects that would not help them achieve much in the future.
"Sometimes the results did not augur well for their dreams,but this has come to solve this challenge which has cost many students ".Said Jafo
