We are currently looking for a suitably qualified,dynamic and experienced person for the following posts:

Job Title: TRUCK TRACTOR DRIVERS (8 POSTS)

Duties & Responsibilities

• To drive truck tractor (horse truck) for spraying infield liquid fertiliser

• Trucks/vehicles driving-infield and highway

Requirements

• Must be/have completed secondary school education (form IV and above)

• A minimum of 3 years experience in truck driving

• Posses a valid driving license for truck driving

Job Title: LEGAL OFFICER (ONE POST)

This position calls for a dynamic and qualified pro-active individual with relevant environment in labour legal matters.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Representing the company to the Labour / Civil Court and CMA, advising the outcome

• Investigation of rising disciplinary matters/issues

• Management representative to lead disciplinary hearings

• Reading, designing and interpreting legal documents and contracts

• Ensuring the safety of the company from legal litigations

• Investigating cause of litigation and collecting evidence that are permissible in the court of law and CMA

• Keep and maintain company’s legal documents

• Preparing monthly legal /litigation monthly reports

Requirements
• Degree in Laws / Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the same or related field of operation
• Above average communication skills
• Dedicated and efficient
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong computer skills
