Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSC), the largest producer of sugar in the country operating cohesively with extra Neutral Alcohol Distillery (IDTL) is seeking to recruit a dynamic and result oriented person to fill a
Job Tittle: vacancy of Sales Representatives reporting to the National Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be coordination of sales driver activities in the retail outlets, distributors and stocks with key focus on driving sales volume, growing market share and build strong customer relationship for kilombero Sugar Company Brands
Duties and Accountabilities:
• Management of the assigned, sales territory through outlets to pre agreed journey plan/call schedule and designated KSC Standard
• Drive sales volume in the specific area through the implementation of KSC sales driver( visibility:; availability, price, market share; share of shelf space)
• Management of sound KSC Customers relationship
• New volume opportunities are identified and addressed appropriate per relevant SKU
• Checking and managing in-trade product quality as per KSC Standard
• Weekly/monthly reporting sales drivers execution such as outlet data base update, journey plan calls strike rate, orders generated, volume target achieved, asset management
• Drive KSC in trade execution standard as per in trade execution manual/guide
• Good ambassador for KSC and its brand
• Ability to understand and implement comment argument
• Use impact audit (trade audit) result to develop a plan of action for trade improvement
• Self-driven and able to deliver without compromising complaining.
Job Requirements:
• An under graduate/degree in sales, marketing or any related fields with a minimum of two (2) years working experience as a sales tagine representatives in similar sales background
• Effectives communication to all employee, stakeholders and contractors with their individual responsibilities and roles to maintain the commitment of Illovo sugar limited SHERQ policy
• Computer literate
• Mentally and physical fit
