The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers


Job Title: Sales Executive at Zanlink Limited

Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the Company’s growth in terms of sales and clientele base are achieved and exceeded beyond the set targets.
  • Manage Key Account Portfolio of existing and potential clients to ensure using the Company’s CRM program to build and maintain excellent customer relationships, retainers, and ensure repeat business with clients.
  • Enhance Company’s Brand Visibility by conducting various Advertising and PR Campaigns.
  • Prepare sales proposals and tender documents for clients.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Commercial for all sales-related matters.
  • Regularly advise on the changing trends in the IT market and diversify Company’s products and services accordingly.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on various tasks assigned for easier decision-making by Management.

 Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration or Marketing with at least 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Must be conversant with various Internet connectivity issues and solutions
  • Must have good knowledge of IT-related issues and products.
  • Ability to produce results and meet sales targets.
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Kiswahili languages
  • Creative, outgoing, a quick learner, and a team player
  • Good report writing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and in different environments.
