Experts with Tanzanian nationality or residence in Tanzania onlyonly
QUALIFICATION
Master’s Degree in Law with post-graduate training in Public Policy Energy Law or Institutional Development
At least 10 year’s experience in energy policy and regulation in Sub-Saharan-Africa including experience in technical and economic regulation of electricity sectors in similar settings as Zanzibar
Working experience with electricity utilities or regulatory authorities in Sub-Saharan-Africa
Excellent oral and written language skills in English
